Stephen, I also was miffed with Ultra Recall’s closeness to Info Recall. But, had I been in the PC world when Info Recall first came out, I might also have been miffed at the closenss of its name to Info Select. You’re a lawyer, are these guys walking a thin legal line here?—Daly

Nope. Lack of creativity isn’t actionable. :)

Actually, I’m not an intellectual property lawyer, but the basic principle is you can’t claim an idea as property. If the names were hard to distinguish, apart from the idea they convey, there could be an issue.
