I’ve been working on an outliner for GNOME I’m calling “Brainstem”, and I think I’ve gotten enough working that I’m ready to let other people play with it.

I’m not ready to claim that it’s usable for day-to-day usage, but you can do a decent amount already. If you’re a developer and looking for an outliner to hack on, this one’s for you. :-)
