The question doesn’t concern setting them up but reorganizing them. There’s no way faster than a tree with multiple selection (or better yet, true mark and gather), because you are grouping them en masse, not one by one.
The inference was that InfoHandler is more adapted to a system where categories are _relatively_ permanent, as contrasted with the categories most appropriate to MyInfo3 and Ultra Recall.

No, two names for a single function, the cross-classification of data. If you think there are two separate functions involved, you should name or describe each.
