I'm probably further East than most people in this dicussion forum, so I may take the initiative to wish you all the best for 2005.
May this be the year that we witness the holy grail of knowledge management, or at least something close to it.

If the stimulating discussion of the last few year-end days are a fair indicator, we can look forward to some good posting in 2005.
