Stephen, I am still not clear on your point about divided functionality.
However, to cut to the practical bottom line: I use the ADM outline as a repository for information, my ideas, plans, and some of my writing.
Sometimes I use the clone feature for when I want the same topic to occur in more than one location, and to be able to work in either one, and to have the other change accordingly.
Often I use the keyword feature, assigning keywords to information, ideas, plans, and my writing. Very easily I can pull up a list of topics to which a particular keyword has been assigned.
Some programs, such as MDE Infohandler and Scholar’s Aid will display the keywords in tree form with all the applicable topics coming under the various keywords. Perhaps ADM should allow that to happen—however, it is not critical to making good use of keywords.
