I have to confess that I have not given UltraRecall a very thorough inspection. My general impression is that it is an interesting data organizing utility with many impressive features. If I were starting from scratch with my data management needs, I would definitely consider UR. However, it didn’t offer a significant improvement (if any improvement) over my current “system,” which is a combination of Zoot and InfoSelect (for RTF required items). I may, however, go back and look at UR the next time IS is upgraded and I have to spend another $100 for the upgrade… or the $50 a year subscription. IS is perhaps the wackiest program out there, but does have some handy features.
I am eagerly awaiting the public beta version of MyInfo 3.0. It sounds like it may combine some of the power of Zoot with a more robust editor. Has anyone beta tested it yet?
