Webplanet’s Concept X7 is an interesting outliner-based approach to building a knowledge base similar to Idea!

It brings together a variety of tools that directly compete with the likes of MindManager X5 (I guess that the “X7” is a hint to that) and can integrate well with MS Office applications. In fact, it’s promoted as a “digital flip-chart” where one can integrate and access all their info, as well as share it with others in PDF or HTML form.
