I learned about this new info manager today and have been putting it through a few paces. It has some very nice features, including linking items to multiple categories, and keyword indexing.

Have you come to any conclusions yet? It seem to me that with its central emphasis on multiple linkages, its closest competitor is Idea! Idea! strikes me as the more interesting of the two, because it actually does something with the linkages. With UltraRecall I'm left with the feeling that I can link everything up logically, so what? Unlike Idea!, Ultra Recall doesn't provide the capability to to use the multiple linkages to examine their Boolean products. It seems less capable in what it can output. Idea! gives you these different kinds of reports. With ultra Recall you can find what you need, but then what do you do with it, copy and paste one by one?

These are some initial observations, and they could be entirely wrong.
