Hi all,
I managed to grab a copy of this outliner/PIM/whatever you might call it on ebay in the original box including the (lame) original manual.
Knowing that this place is the outliner competence center of the universe, I’d like to ask you (at least those who still rememer this program; I know there are some):
The app identifies as version 2.0; was this the final version? If not, what was the final version?
Was there an updater with which I could update the program to the final version? Where can I get it? Can someone help to get it?
There were some posts in the past mentioning the manuals/help files from Arrange (WebArranger’s ancestor) which would help to understand the program. Where could one get these?
There were some posts talking about this app not running on OS 9 flawlessly; at the moment (having tried it only for a few hours), I have it running on OS 9.1 without problems, planning to run it under 9.2.2; what are the caveats?
At the moment, I (being still a “classic” MacOS addict) really like the program; it looks like a better (and earlier) incarnation of IdeaKeeper, unfortunately minus any kind of Palm syncability. This makes me thinking about the SDK. Is there any way to get it? It doesn’t seem to have been delivered with the retail package. CE doesn’t seem to provide any support anymore, either.
Is there any documentation of the file format?
Alex
