There is a 16-bit version that is probably still available. It did not use a registry, but rather anning .ini file. So it may be possible to put it on a USB flash drive. I don’t remember if it put some files in the root c:\ directory (folder), so you should test it on a non-school computer. If it does add files to c:\, try moving them to the flash drive and running the program from there.
The 16-bit version is fully compatible with the 32-bit version. However, if you are wanting to use it as an outliner, there are probably better ones…at least I don’t think its outlining capabilities are very good.
