I agree that my question is hypothetical and does not represent what we are all doing in the real world. I am hoping to glean from the responses the bare essentials of what makes for a good outliner/info manager (that I’m even combining those two functions into “one ideal” is also a bit unrealistic). So far the answers have been very interesting, which is not surprising, given the sophistication of this group. Thanks!
