I guess nothing says more about the arrogance of Microsoft that they have to “evaluate” whether or not a feature that is most requested by its customers is worth implementing.
Truly, OneNote is just what its name implies: a notebook. It is not a data storage or information processing application. It is good at capturing thoughts and clippings. I have already decided not to install it on my computer at the office, since it will not help me manage my products any better than Zoot and/or InfoSelect. I do like it for home and lighter use. It is convenient and the abilitity to create multiple outlines side by side is quite unique… at least in its implementation.
Anyway, the search for the perfect app continues…
