I let my secretary worry about my contacts, but to manage my calendar and to do I use Agenda at Once (http://www.datalandsoftware.com). It has a hierarchical approach to the to do list, with drag and drop to a calendar and a responsive and conscientious developer.

Gem x (TexNotes and DO) got a huge lift from a favorable review by Steve Bass in PC World. Kind of a silly review, actually; he said he couldn’t understandd MS OneNote. I have mixed feelings about OneNote, but hard it grasp it isn’t.
