I can’t claim to have put D.O. through its paces, but the little bit I’ve played with it, I have to say I’m not overly impressed. It looks nice, but none of the facilities is very sophisticated. In fact, I don’t believe (and I could have missed it) that the contact facility doesn’t even have the ability to print labels or envelopes. That makes it little better than a paper address book.

This raises a question: What PIM do you use to manage contacts, calendar and to-do list? I’m asking, because I’m in the market for this. Used to use Outlook at my former job, but my new office doesn’t use Outlook.
