Re InfoRecall:
I think most software has such disclaimers, but usually they show up in the install process. As I said in an earlier note, I bought it once and ended up spending a LOT of time telling the vendor about bugs, sometimes even having to convince them that those bugs were real. Example: At that time it would not load a file that was on a floppy. Finally, I gave up and they refunded my money. It has a great many features, but bug aggravation ruled it out for me. (In later years, I tried trials of new versions, but quit at the first sign of a bug.)
Re: TexNotes
I just installed it. The menus and toolbars have a multitude of choices…perhaps too many. The calendar/planner appears to be totally separate and apparently cannot be searched even within itself. In my old age, I don’t think I’m interested in trying it any more.
