No direct experience, but I’ve spoken with them twice. I thought that The Brain would make a marvelous way of displaying an entire organization from the viewpoint of any part of the organization. A couple of years ago, I suggested that there be an option of assigning a direction to the links between nodes. The vendor said it was not interested.
A few months ago, I contacted them again. I was told that the corporate version now had that feature and that the personal version might also have it at some future time.
