1) I use TreePad Business (as well as Jot Plus and a couple of others) and am pretty happy with it. No crashes that I can remember.

2) Every time I tried InfoRecall I found bugs. I think it is written in C++, so there are more opportunities for bugs to get in. Really too bad because it is packed with features.
