Arrange/WebArranger, is it alive somewhere

A program that’s really nice was(is) Arrange. It was a program that was bought by CE Software, sold for a while and then killed. It was an excellent database/calender/outliner, unfortunately with a few bugs.

Does anyone know if the program is alive somewhere or if CE Software has “forgotten” about it?
