Does anybody know whether Bernie DeKoven's Technography template or anything similar for the MS Word outliner is still available somewhere?
I have googled around but only found archive material.
Since Word is probably the single most standard application around, I find that, as user-unfriendly as its outliner may be, it's probably the most realistic starting point for structured collaboration in writing.
