Hmm… I’ve been looking to use a new Information Manager (I’ve given up on Zoot—a generally fabulous program but STILL plain text!)... and InfoSelect looks interesting.

As far as I can tell, though, it’s the ONLY Information Manager that is not trial’able with a free download. Ack! (though I realize that Micrologic offers a money back guarantee).

One thing that confuses me a bit is the subscription option. While the program itself is $249, the annual subscription is only $49. This doesn’t make sense to me as I understand it… that I can just pony up $49 each year and always have the latest version. Or is that $49 in ADDITION to the one-time $249? Hmm. That’s a big difference!
