I am currently migrating (back) to a Mac from Windows. One of the great advantages is to be able to access MORE again. I don't want to date myself but the last time I used MORE the curent version was then MORE 2.0. In any regard I find the outliners available in Windows to be quite weak compared to the rich functionality of MORE. The version embeded in WORD is next to useless - though similar functionality in Inspiration and more recently a good program called Mindmanager is not bad at all.
But why use insipid substitutes when you can use the real thing. SO I was pleased to discover the outliners.com website and the old versions of MORE
I am currently running a MAC G5 with the latest version of OS 10.3 installed. I have downloaded the MORE files, which must run in the classic mode. I tried using the installer, but it tells me it needs more memory (even when no other app is runnig). At the same time in rather weird fashion, when i click on the MORE application icon it launches (even without the installer appearing to work)
THe problem comes when I try to use the spell checker. It asks me to install the main dictionary, but I don't seem to be able to do this.
Does anyone have any helpful hints???
THnaks

The reason that spellcheck doesn't work is because you haven't done the installer. I had a similar problem and only solved it by starting up and installing from sys 9.2.
Heck, just send me your email address and I'll send you a stuffed file that should expand and work as is.
