I tried PC Outline for Windows early on and had some correspondence with both the author and Atlantic. Apparently the author couldn’t use the original, very unique file format. (Perhaps Symantec orPCO’s original author refused? But copyright on format may have lapsed by now.) Anyway, the author said he was going to try to fix the bugs, but apparently never was able to fix everything. I don’t think Atlantic sells it any more. By the way, GrandView was the decendent of PCO Dos.
