Is it possible to run Grandview in a wIN9x DOS-box using 50-lines instead of 25? This is one advantage of using Windows outliners like Inspiration or NoteMap, which enable one to view more of the total outline on screen.
I've tried playing around with the font and screen settings inGV's shortcut Properties menu, but all I can get is a 25-line text window with a black space representing the other 25 lines underneath. I presume not being able to display more than 25 lines is some built-in limitation of the program...
This does not seem to be a limitation of all DOS programs, however: Lotus Agenda does allow a 50-line screen under Windows (but not so my stalwart DOS program, Lotus Magellan).

There's a /v command line parameter. See p. 4-94 of the reference manual: "Displays 43/50 lines per screen (supported only on EGA and VGA monitors)"
Try making the changes to the "screen" tab of the properties menu & then start with /v
