Others in the discussion group have suggested buying Inspiration (or NoteMap) - two Windows outliners - and importing the resulting .rtf files into Word where they can be made use of by Word’s outliner. Grandview outlines can also be exported to Word via the above two Windows outliners. Steve Cohen (another member) knows all about this, I think.

I often need to use Word for compatibility with others, especially when editing others’ work using Word’s tracking function. Being able to import outlines from “proper” outliners into Word is just another way of living with the beast.
