Hi all,
VimOutliner is an outline processor that runs on Linux. It piggybacks on the capabilities of the Vim editor, using Vim’s folding and syntax features to implement outline collapsing and expanding, Vim’s tagging facilities to implement interoutline links, and Vim’s syntax capabilities to implement level based color coding.
Basic outline authoring is achieved using Vim’s keystroke commands, making VimOutliner incredibly fast for the touch-typist.
On 12/3/2002 VimOutliner 0.2.0 was released, and is available for download at:
http://www.troubleshooters.com/projects/vimoutliner/
The new version includes clearer collapse/expand, color coding of outline levels, and various new commands:
,,d: Date insertion
,,t: Time insertion
,,f: Invoke the file explorer
,,-: Insert a dashed line
,,1: Collapse to level 1
,,2: Collapse to level 2
...
,,9: Collapse to level 9
,,0: Expand fully
Once again, you can download the new VimOutliner at:

Enjoy!
