I still have a copy of PC-Outline but I don’t use it, since it is a 25x80 char based DOS program. It is/was one of the best outliners that I ever used. I use ThoughtManager on the desktop, and I was using using it on my Handspring Visor, but am switching to the Sharp Zaurus. There are some people working on an outline for the Zaurus. Thoughtmanager is good, but it doesn’t have all the features that PC-Outline has.
