I think the folks at Casesoft have been busy working on the latest version of their CaseMap product. Their latest newsletter is mostly about this. CaseMap seems to be their flagship product.

I just purchased a copy of NoteMap, after reading the comments here. Very nice product.

I found a glitch when copying to MS-Word, however. If the text for a NoteMap node contains hard-coded newlines (CTRL-ENTER), it gets split into separate nodes when sent to Word.
