Does any one know about programming an outliner for the palm platform

ThoughtManager from Hands High Software--http://www.handshigh.com/html/thoughtmanager.html--is excellent. I think there's now a Windows desktop version but not Mac, alas.

The best one I've seen bar none for the Palm (with a nice desktop

You want to know about PROGRAMMING an outliner, or only about outliner? Either way, I suggest you look also at freeware Progect, www.sourceforge.net/projects/progect, there you can download it`s source files and look at them as well.
Progect has desktop companion called PDesk, this is available www.alawa.ch.
