Hi,
Just found out about a program called Ovation Outliner. Is anyone familiar with this program? It looks like a good, basic outliner (not a hierarchical note manager) with hyperlinking capability. It's not as full-featured as NoteMap, but it costs $40, so if you don't need all those features, it might be worth a look. If you're curious, you can download it at:
