I just came across this Macintosh application that seems to be a close "cousin" of MORE and may be of interest to MORE users. Tinderbox has an outline feature, but also many intriguing mapping and attributes concepts built in. It seems like it might be a good front end to MORE as well as having strong web functionality.

I did download the trial copy and found it a very interesting piece of software. It's a fantastic, reasonably priced tool for web logs, and personal data management. I found it less effective as a structured writing tool. But I admit that my examination was cursory. Certainly worth a look.
