Does anyone know how to use Delphi to create a document-based outlining function??
Delphi is used to create a number of the tree-based explorer-style outliner/PIMs. Has anyone found a way to use Delphi to create outliner functionality within a document/note?? Or do you know of a program/programmer with this capability?
