How about PCO?

Anyone out there remember PCO? I used it forever (it was the first shareware program that I paid for, back in 86 or so...)and it was great! Could output in RTF, was Epson compatible (anyone who remembers the Epson standard as THE dot matrix standard knows how important that was...)...I have been looking for it recently, in that it was so much faster and more reliable than today's Word's outlining features - it used commands similar to WordStar, and one could become incredibly efficient pretty quickly....

If you want to use the DOS PC outline, search for it using, say, Google. Some sites still have it available as a download.

Someone tried to make a Windows version, but it had some problems, and I don't konw if it was ever fixed. I have just sent e-mail to distributor,http://www.atlantic-coast.com asking about it. IF it is available, I'll post a note here.

Hi:

I used PCOutline until I went from Win98 to XP. It won't work properly on XP, which is really NT with makeup. Nuts.
