Anyone looking at ADM?

Are any site members evaluating ADM, an outliner/PIM/etc. which has a distinctly different approach to outlining?

www.adm21.net

The developers are very active (lots of updates and email contact). Seems to require a major effort to learn and understand, which I'm trying to muster.

I'm not sure if it's brilliant and groundbreaking, or just another entry......

I'd be really interested to gather some other impressions....

Hi Jonathen, Thanks for asking about ADM in this forumn. Your message notes that ADM `seems to require a major effort to learn and understand'. Have you tried using the context-sensitive help? (`What's this?' menu item accessable with right mouse click on virtually all screen objects). Also, I'd be very interested to know if you miss the `traditional' classic collapsable outliner view of the data `ala products such as Eccopro, Notemap, or More? Version 2.0 of our product will be adding this `classic' view as another way to view and work with the data, in addition to our present `speed screens'. (Other features such as: multiple threading tabs for webpages in the ADM internal web browser, and columns or other `database style' project management features will also be added.) One final suggestion: You might want to download build 1.00014 from the website, as we have made some functions, such as editing text in topics, easier to use, and there is now a popup notepad accessable from the collector when ADM is minimized. Cordially, Eric from ADM http://www.adm21.net
