Since I posted niote 1263, I found Inspiration 6.0 at Engagingminds.com, ~$56, and very simular to MORE (it reads More files). For any connoisseurs of outliner programs, the big advantage of a single window program is that you can read it like straight text; with the far more popular 2 window programs (at least the dozen or more I have found), you have to read it note by note, which is unnatural and annoying. (The first Britannica CD, 1997, used this method, and was one of its users biggest gripes).
