I just forked over the $9.95 for an upgrade. No change that I can detect on the Palm side, but the Mac desktop version seems only to be a bug fix. Brainforest used to have trouble with cut and paste -- the workaround was the drag and drop text to the desktop (as a clipping), then have to drag it back in to an outline head or note. Now cut and paste works, but it hardly seems to justify a 25% cost of the original product....
