Does More 3.1 work?

I've been using Thinktank, More, etc. with each upgrade continuously since they first came out. Now I use More 3.1 with system 7.6.1. I basically have one outline with topics covering every area of my life. This is now a 1.6 MB file, though it has been as high as 2 or more MB.

I am nervous about the program. Most of the time when I use the Search command the program bombs. I assume that as I upgrade the system, the incompatibilities will get worse. I am moving some of my information into other programs.

On the other hand, messages here show that many people are still using the program.

Specific questions:

1. What problems do people have, such as the Search command.

2. Does the program work with system 8, 8.1, 8.5, 8.6? What are the expectations about future systems from those who understand these sthings?

3. Does the program work with HFS+?

I'm using system 8.6 and no problems with search at all (or anything else that I can tell). I had an installation issue that I _think_ may have been related to installing from an HFS+ volume, but I'm not completely sure that there wasn't some other confounding variable at work.

1) None, But I'm not using Pattern Matching (I can never remember the rules.)

2) I'm using 8.6 on a 6500 at home and a G3/266 at work.

3) Yes. Both systems described above are HFS+
