Need drag and drop?

Hi All,
I am an original MORE/THINK TANK user and the only thing I miss is being abke to drag and drop from one outline to another. Are there any other outliners that will let me do "drag and drop" on a Mac?

PS I am using System 9.1 but soon will load up mu OSX CD and I guess I will then be on 9.2 in Classic.

One plus with Omnioutliner is that it opens More documents without complaining. The only caveat, and it's a big one, is that it strips out the leaders and possibly other stuff.
