seeking outliner binary file format documentation

I’m working on getting Frontier/RU/JOE to
be able to read/write files created by great
outliners past and present.

Anyone have links to documentation of the
binary file formats of ThinkTank, More,
or other fine hierarchically-ordered-info
twangers ?
