seeking outliner binary file format documentation

I'm working on getting Frontier/RU/JOE to
be able to read/write files created by great
outliners past and present.

Anyone have links to documentation of the
binary file formats of ThinkTank, More,
or other fine hierarchically-ordered-info
twangers ?

Have you tried Brad Pettit? He did a bunch of translators a couple of years back, and of course was one of the original More 3 programmers.
