No, it can’t convert MORE files. You might be able to use MORE2Text (do a Google search) and then open the text file or paste the text into an outline document, but I don’t know if that would work well. But it might.
“Will it run on OS 9x?” OmniOutliner is written in OS X’s native Cocoa environment, so it uses programming objects and libraries that are incompatible with Classic Mac OS. OmniGroup, which created OmniOutliner, is a long-time NeXT outfit who suddenly find themselves at the fore of consumer Mac program development by virtue of Apple inheriting NeXT’s operating system. Incidentally, they do wonderful work.
