I maintain an overview of Windows-based Information Organizers (aka outliners) web page at: http://john.redmood.com/organizers.html

I am looking for an outliner that:
(1) allows for user-defined colums (like a collapsable spreadsheet)
(2) allows for multi-line cells
(3) supports basic formatting
(4) runs on Windows

InfoDepot (http://www.sherm.com/infodepot seems a close match, but is no longer supported.

Any suggestion?
