I finally tried MaxThink. With its limited import capabilities, the “Inspiration Solution” doesn’t have a chance.

Re your use of Topics in GV: I’m not sure I follow what you’re describing. GV has the category/assignment capability that I used with great success. Is that what you mean? Similar functionality can be obtained in Ecco using “columns” or “Folders.” In fact, Ecco is very powerful, except for its outlining capability, which is mediocre. Of course, ECCO has also been discontinued. The good do die young!
