Came across this a few days ago, been testing.
Refreshingly not asking to direct debit you per month, can even help him code more features or just use.
Your free Google email account as gdrive as your Personal Cloud, not sending data to who knows who whereve
Features:
* Local storage on your hardware (I setup a folder in my C:\PortableApps)
* Can also use your Gmail (free account by google linked to your email)
* Light / Dark Theme
* Color choices for each column or card
* Can add further columns later to the left/right of column in settings
* Can drag Kanban cards around by mouse, even to other columns
* Multiple Kanban Boards, choose from top dropdown menu box
* Import / Export each Kanban board to json files
* Upload/Download
* Can even setup your own local cloud with a local server version, see links below
Notes:
To set colors for each column: Settings (Spanner icon): Dropdown Colorbox menu: Drag within the right scrollbar in colorbox pop-up for infinite colors: CHOOSE BUTTON: UPDATE button to close settings
To generate your gmail key for the software:
Login to one of your gmail accounts (I have quite a few gamil accounts, all free)
Go into Kanban key info page: http://my-personal-kanban.appspot.com/profile#kanban-key
Should generate the key, if not refresh page later a few times, will work
Can also generate new key by pressing orange button there
Gmail will ask to authorize the app to access your gmail gdrive section it sets up, quite standard procedure
See video here: http://my-personal-kanban.appspot.com/help.html
Of course can skip gmail cloud and play locally only first.
Download zip file to install as folder & just run index.html + More help and videos:

Clicking each Kanban card opens it as center page pop-up box of the card.
Within the card pop-up is a “Details text-box” which can hold a long chunk of text for that card, to read or edit, or change color settings etc.
Just download the zip, unzip the folder and double click the index.html to use in any browser.
Do a test file, set each column to a diff nice color to get started, same for each Kanban card within each column.
Has archive feature for Kanban boards too.
